The 'Sweet Addition Cooking Series' consists of six outstanding, 90-minute, technically flawless, full color, step-by-step instructional DVDs, each of which is dedicated to creating particular dishes that are characterized by a very special elegance guaranteed to please any palate and satisfying any appetite. The first four ("Breakfast Pastries", "Classic Desserts", "Cookies & Bars", and "Life's Uncertain, Eat Dessert First!) feature Chef Dannielle Myxter. The last two ("A Few Of Our Favorite Things" and "Simply Salmon" feature Chef Jan Marie Johnson). The simply delicious recipes range from Strawberry Muffins; White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake; and White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies; to White Gingerbread Spice Cake with Poached Pears and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream; Sunrise Champagne Cocktail; and Chili Cinnamon Rubbed Salmon with Spicy Cabbage Salad & Mango Salsa.
