The Bahamas, though one of the original flats destinations, continues to bring forth new and relatively uncharted waters for fly fishing for bonefish. Crooked Island is one of those pristine and relatively undiscovered bonefish destinations. Buccaneer Travel and their local partners run a very pleasant operation with good equipment, wonderfully friendly and helpful guides and staff. This is a look at Crooked Island when it was not at its best as far as wind conditions were concerned, so you can just imagine how great it could be with good conditions.
